The GP Mobile District Manager (DM) provides leadership and management for eight–twelve retail locations in a designated area. The DM is responsible for maximizing sales and profits, creating a high-performance sales culture, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership of all store/retail activities in that District. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task and provide leadership and support to their team members.
What you will do:
- Provide influence that delivers impact for financial results based on specific performance and experience objectives.
- Ensure all retail locations meet or exceed sales goals through consistent growth and profitability of the market.
- Use financial data and reports to identify and act upon sales opportunities.
- Create and implement effective plans and objectives that align with GP Mobile/T-Mobile strategy
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of effective store leaders and sales staff.
- Prioritize and invest time in each RSM based on tenure and skill level.
- Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations with team members.
- Schedule, prepare, and deliver effective meetings to cover strategy, priorities, and initiatives.
- Lead a consistent and motivating recognition program within the district.
- Identify local marketing opportunities to drive traffic and awareness; promote community involvement.
- Execute and enforce GP Mobile/T-Mobile processes, procedures, and policies.
- Responsible for efficient store operations, identifying ways to manage and control store expenses.
- Hold self and team accountable for all results and aspects of the business.
- Create a team of early adopters who know and understand that speed to execution is a critical element of overall success.
What you will need:
- Demonstrated financial results in sales and multi-store management.
- Track record of high sales and revenue performance.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced team training, coaching, and development skills.
- Talent for motivating a successful sales team.
- Proven operational and financial performance management.
- Minimum 2 years of successful store/ sales management experience.
- Proven competency with Microsoft suite of products.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
